Warranties

Netech products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years. The second year warranty is contingent upon first year recalibration at our factory or authorized Netech Calibration facility.

Netech's warranty statement is available in the user manual of the individual product as well as the warranty registration card included with the product.

Repair And Recalibration

Netech is proud to support our products longer than any company in the industry. We offers a fast turnaround time for repairs and recalibration.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning a product to Netech for repair or recalibration. Our repair and recalibration charges are the lowest in the industry. The following are some of the benefits our customers receive by sending the units directly to Netech for repair or recalibration. By using our repair and recalibration services, Netech customers enjoy these follwing benefits:

Technical Assistance

Technical assistance via E-mail, Fax or Phone is available to original Netech Customers during the warranty period. After the warranty period ends a fixed fee of $50 for each instance will be charged.
